Following a Badminton England taster session, The Devon Racqueteers Club was formed In 2008. It is now the largest wheelchair badminton club in the UK. Some members enjoy the social side of meeting together and playing for fun, while others have achieved considerable success winning many gold and silver medals at various 4 nations competitions. 4 of the players hava a parabadminton world ranking.

The club has strong support with helpers and 6 fully qualified volunteer coaches. The club meets on Tuesday at 7pm-9:30pm at Broadclyst Sports Centre and on Wednesdays at Magdalen Court School 6pm-7:30pm. £4 per session.
